• [ ] Play some relaxing music
• [ ] Check higher TF for daily bias
• [ ] Check 15M/30M/1H for raids and mark them out
• [ ] Check 1M/5M for MSB’s and mark them out
• [ ] Identify the OB and mark it out
• [ ] Calculate lot size risk to 0.7% - 1% of accout balance

5. Take 50% out and let the rest run
